Capital Properties, Inc. Declares Common Quarterly Dividend By Investing.com

PROVIDENCE, R.I., Oct. 31, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — Capital Properties, Inc. (OTCQX: CPTP) introduced that at its common quarterly assembly held on October 30, 2024 the Board of Administrators declared a daily quarterly dividend of $0.07 (seven cents) per share on the Firm’s excellent Class A Frequent Shares (6,599,912) payable on November 25, 2024 to shareholders of file as of the shut of enterprise on November 15, 2024.
